Believing | Belonging | Becoming
We value the Foundations of Faith classes because they provide the first step in discipleship.
The classes help explain basic Christian beliefs. The class does not add to what is needed for salvation, but clarifies the finished work of Christ in salvation. It answers the questions that most commonly are asked when it comes to our salvation.
Almost everything of spiritual significance that happens to you after your salvation happens in connection with your family - the extended family of God.
Sanctification is "the work of God's free grace, whereby we are renewed in the whole man after the image of God, and are enabled more and more to die unto sin, and live unto righteousness.
SERVANTHOOD - Intro Into Ministry (2nd 6 Weeks)
The purpose of Servanthood is to present believers to the next step in their journey with Christ.
His desire is that we know Him in intimately and produce the fruit from knowing Him deeper.
Ministry is often misunderstood in that it is perceived as "working" in the ministry is to love people by ministering to their needs and edifying them for their spiritual growth.
Ephesians 2:8-9 tells us that God had a purpose in sending His Son to save us and as a result of His grace, we respond by loving others in what we do for them.
Ministry should be enjoyable, not a burden. Join us as we journey through the satisfaction and the fulfillment that every believer should be experiencing as they allow the Holy Spirit to move through them.
